 ORGANIZATION
 

Brazilian Chamber of e-Commerce is directed by its Statutes, resolutions and decisions of the Administration organs;

General Assembly: principal forum of the entity, is formed by all members and managed by the Council’s President, having as main functions (i) the election of the Council’s members, (ii) the deliberation on statuary questions and (iii) the appreciation of the annual report.

Council:
Formed by Founder and Benefactor Members, is responsible for the general management and control of business and properties of Camara-e.net, establish the policies and strategies of the entity.

Management Council:
Elected among the Consultive Council’s members for a one-year mandate is responsible for the quotidian management of the entity, having the following formation:

Consultive Council: Thirty Founder and Benefactor Members of Camara-e.net form the Consultive Council. They have, also, an year of mandate, and the responsibility of establish and review the entity’s politics, defining, in this way, the strategy of participation in important questions to the achievement of its statuary goals.
